The models and techniques of The Key Forces of Change have been amalgamated from years of experience leading change and redesigning organizations of all sizes in every industry. However, they are only models. Ultimately wrong, but hopefully useful. So we encourage you to keep learning!

SYSTEMS-FIRST MODEL

The Systems-First model provides a heuristic approach for evaluating or adapting an organization design. It gives insight into sources of change friction and helps ensure a balanced org design that is fit-to-purpose.

PEOPLE-CENTERED MODEL

The People-Centered model is used to plan or evaluate behavioral aspects of organizational change. It provides a structured approach to assessing key aspects of change psychology to reduce the friction of a change.

CHANGE APPROACH 

The Change Approach is a framework that provides a learning-based, iterative and incremental approach that leverages the Systems-First and People-Centered concepts for evolutionary organizational change.
